For UAE Residents: A valid UAE driving license, passport, resident visa, Emirates ID, and a credit or debit card, or cash.

Yeti offers an alternative to the traditional deposit by allowing renters to pay a fixed, non-refundable fee to their partner, Cardoo. This company acts as a guarantor for potential damages or unpaid fines. The fee varies based on the car model and rental duration.

While not universally available, Yeti permits deposits in cash. However, cash deposits are refunded 21–26 days after the rental ends to account for any delayed fines.

Delivery times range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on location, time of day, and traffic conditions. It's advisable to confirm the estimated delivery time with a Yeti representative.

Renters should immediately contact the police to obtain a detailed report and inform Yeti. Without this report, insurance cannot cover the damages, making the renter liable.

Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as when received.
